My experience with Price's on Mallory Lane in Brentwood is/was frustrating. I'm sure there are good people there, and I suppose they did a good job on a few things on my car but they dropped the ball on the details BIG TIME. I suspect they are understaffed (so the owner can maximize his personal income, just like every other business in this country) and the quality of work is going downhill. I got rear-ended and looked this place up online. Mike dealt with the other driver's insurance for me and arranged a rental on site. The work was completed in a week, as Mike predicted, and my car came out looking beautiful! They even cleaned it inside and out. Mike even settled a dispute between me and the insurance company about gas for the rental! They were professional and just plain nice :)
