Despite warnings by those who shared their poor experiences with Johnson, I nonetheless took the leap of faith to have my car repaired there. I dropped the car off the morning of September 2nd to have a trunk hood replaced. It's September 11th and the work still hasn't been completed. In fact, I'm told it won't be completed until September 15th. Maybe. 2 Full weeks. I couldn't make this up if I tried. A complete lack of urgency. I had my 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche repainted at. Madera body and paint shop The shop was very professional and there workmanship was a very high standard.The manager Raymond was very professional and polite and made sure that all the repairs were completed to my satisfaction and I would highly recommend this shop to handle all your repairs and ask for Raymond for that personal relationship with the repairs of your Vehicle. again thank you very much for everything. I have been a customer of Spencer Auto Body for over 5 years. I would NEVER take my car anywhere else! They are professional, honest and fair. They are so kind and polite when they did my estimating (both times)! There were no surprises, no hidden fees or "add ons" that can somehow show up later. Their work is excellent, when they are finished, you cannot tell that some idiot hit you! I would not hesitate to refer my family, friends and clients to Spencer Auto Body because I know they will always do a great job.
vlad is very unprofessional and shady. vlad refused to give me an estimate for my repair and i was basically told he would just go off the insurance adjustment. when i asked for an estimate disregarding the insurance adjustment he refused to give me a quote and hung up! how unprofessional. Job would have been cheaper then the adjustment, hence why he refused to do the quote. i asked why and he could not give me an answer and kept stuttering (couldnt come up with a lie). what a joke this place is. stay away!!!!
These guys are simply awesome. My back bumper was hit by another car and I needed to have it fixed ASAP. The only day of the week when I could drop the car off was a Friday and I needed it back on Saturday. The folks at the MBO complied with my request and they also did a great job with the fixing/painting of the bumper. Not to mention that they actually had the most competitive rate I could find in the area. I strongly, strongly recommend them. They are great, no doubt about it.
This place was great and it is nice to have people that care about the customer instead of just the insurance company. They really look out for the customer and treat them well. Their beautiful shop was impressive after getting a very bad experience at Jones ford and seeing their dirty area and being treated very badly. Inurance company sent me to some shop, but I took it to Jones Ford thinking dealer would be the way to go, they were very rude and the guy at Jones Ford said he "couldn't relate". 3/2014...I needed a new bumper for my 2009 Toyota. Vince ordered it when I was there. It came in early the next day and I picked up later in the afternoon. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. They even offered me coffee and cookies. I have no complaints.
BEWARE!!! I used Wilburn and they had my car for a month, always rude, never gave updates and car smelled like paint inside for a week. Do yourself a favor and move on!!
These Guys and Wendy are a fine example of Professionalism. These guys are sure not to return your vehicle until they have covered and repaired every detail. My car is as good as new and I couldn't be more satisfied. I will highly recommend Spencers of Palm Desert to friends and family.
