I’ve used Caliber Collision twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. In both cases, the accidents weren’t my fault, and Caliber was a preferred repair shop through the insurance companies. They were fast, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and made the rental car coordination seamless. The quality of the repairs was great. Repair seems to be very good quality However, vehicle was returned after ‘worst case’ timeline estimate No explanation as to delay Probably would have been on time if shop hadn’t taken random day off Nobody explained what was done to vehicle on pickup Just handed an invoice and keys. Summary: Repair seems very good Customer Service a bit lacking

The job was immaculate. You can’t even see where the dent was and considering it was on a difficult spot, that’s great. The communication was awesome. Got text messages or phone calls on all steps made. They got it done earlier than expected. Although I have never used the Encinitas spot, I’ve always had a great experience with caliber collision and the communication was a plus specifically in this location. I totally recommend them!
