The staff I talked with from beginning to end were amazing. They were kind, helpful and considerate.. all great qualities. I had previously posted how I was extremely disappointed in being dismissed on what we found in our car. Had such an amazing experience at Caliber. Informative, friendly and fairly priced.
The staff I talked with from beginning to end were amazing. They were kind, helpful and considerate.. all great qualities. Extremely disappointed and actually irritated at the Manager and how the situation was handled. It was Not handled and dismissed the fact of us finding a rat poison chunk in our engine. I noticed a horrible smell in my car when I picked it up. I assumed it was just from the maintenance of fixing my hatchback.
