Caliber Collision was great from the start of the whole process. I noticed immediately how clean the yard was and that customer parking was easily accessible. Upon entering the office I was greeted immediately by the desk person (forgot his name) and the service rep took me out to my car immediately for a car damage inspection. He was knowledgeable and gave me a rough estimate of work needed and how long it should take. Filling out the paperwork was easy and I was on my way. Overall, excellent service and promptness!
Thank you Miguel at CC for making a nightmare of an issue with my new car an easy, empathetic and fast experience. I had found out my new car was keyed on Tuesday AM, and within a week and a half I was back into driving a newly fixed vehicle. He made it so easy with insurance and handled it all. Thank you!
