I had a front car accident which mashed grill, lights, AC condenser, radiator, bumper and right fender. My car is a 2016 Honda Accord and colored Dolphin gray. This Caliber Collision was by far THE BEST experience I have had with any body shop. Dustin went above and beyond to make sure my new Dodge Journey looked and felt exactly as it did before I was sideswiped on the Veterans Expressway. They worked with my insurance directly as I was out of the country. They kept me informed via text messages regarding every step that was being taken to fix my vehicle. RecommendedI was VERY surprised with the repair turn around time! Extra painting was done to match the repaired sections with another door, which I am glad to see. I was also pleased to receive phone calls and texts as repairs were done to keep me updated on the repair status and schedule. The repairs look amazing and no one can tell I had work done. Very nice facility with polite and professional service.
Awful incompetence. After endless delays I finally received me car back with the wheels ruined, paint scratched, and multiple parts missing.
