Probably the best place for customer service. Even better work ethic. Taken my car here multiple times and received great service. When body work or paint jobs happen, Lake Norman Caliber happens!!! Top Notch.
Phenomenal customer service and super friendly. Came in close to closing and the gentleman took the time to explain to me repair process, the why behind the repair method and then showed me a few ways to fix surface level damage until I can afford the full repair. Would highly recommend this location.
