I had an excellent shop experience! The front desk manager was incredible, anticipating my questions and help coordinate the entire experience. The estimator and exit staff were also so helpful. Very very happy.
Quick, efficient and very friendly!
I went to three other body collision shops for their bids. All of these body shops treated me like a number, not a person. No personally, didn't ask me any questions, they were there for a few minutes, then explained they would email their bids to me. My forth bid was at Caliber Collision in Mesa, AZ. Someone sideswiped us, with damage along the entire side of the vehicle… I got it back today and would never have known it had been in an accident if I hadn’t seen it beforehand. Looks Great.
