Great shop. Very friendly, knowledgeable and transparent about process. Kept me informed of the progress every day.
Terrible customer service! I waited 2 weeks for my appointment to drop my vehicle off for a fender replacement only for the assigned service advisor Tanner was on vacation. The vehicle sat parked in front of the business for two and a half days until I stopped in to ask why. Someone opened the door into it and took a piece of paint of the door.
