Super quick, friendly, and efficient to check-in and leave car for repair. Did a fantastic job on the repair. Communicated well throughout the entire process.
Very unhappy with repair and continual delays and broken parts. 3 weeks later and it is still not fixed. How can they expect someone to be without their car for that long!
While the work was done very well, I find the security lacking a lot. While my vehicle was in their possession, someone went into the console of my vehicle and stole my medication (after disconnecting my dashcam). This was a felony act. While I fully realize that they assume no responsibility for theft, I noticed from my Toyota phone app that the truck was left unlocked several times after working hours which makes it vulnerable to someone stealing.
