I have been very kind and patient this past month waiting for my car. The date for pickup has been changed 5 different times now and my patience is running thin. There’s very obviously negligent people working here because first, parts to my car were lost, second, parts to my car were damaged. I have officially lost my second job due to being screwed over back to back by this company. Take your car anywhere else because they’ll tell you it’ll take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks and then bullshit you the whole time.

Their whole process is a hot mess! I kept getting text messages about the progress of the repairs and they had random updated dates for completion. I got a message on a Friday telling me that that my car would not be ready on Thursday (this message was the day after) and that it would be ready on Friday. I called & spoke to an unfriendly woman who laughed & said “those messages are never right”. Told me my car was in “calibration” and would most likely be done that afternoon. That time came and went.
