After the King flood, our car situation was really stressful, but he helped talk with our insurance and explained the condition of the vehicle in a way that actually made sense. He walked us through all the paperwork and contracts clearly and made sure we understood everything before signing. Caliber took care of me and my car after I was hit on the freeway. The customer service experience was totally professional. Javier explained what to expect, was courteous and kept me informed. The bodywork looked perfect. The paint matched exactly.
My car was rear ended and Caliber did the repairs. They were super communicative, thorough and kind! Kelly at the front office to Juan doing the repairs, everybody was outstanding!
Awesome customer service. As for the work, it was done quickly and, as far as I can tell, very well. I was leery at first at using Caliber because I experienced bad customer service at a different Caliber in a different state. But they're franchised, so I decided to trust all the good reviews for this location. And the favorable reviews were correct. I can't comment on the price because I didn't pay close attention since I knew the cost would exceed my deductible.
