I love Caliber Collision of San Rafael! This was my second visit with them and although not ideal getting into accidents and to visit body shops, Caliber makes it the best experience possible. So easy, so caring, and perfect job done each time. Thank you Nelson and the team for their hard work!
I’ve taken previous cars that I’ve owned to caliber collision in Southern California, California so I wanted my car to go to caliber collision here in Marin. They did an excellent job. I wouldn’t trust my car when any other collision center.
This is definitely the place to go for bodywork. They were so thorough fixed everything. It was an easy process through my insurance company USAA.. There is an especially bright young man who works there, Javier. He explained everything to me step-by-step about my repairs, including details about the new alignment, etc. Not only is Javier, courteous and kind, but the woman who works at the front desk is just wonderful. I’ve gone to Caliber Collision a couple times now. I have to say they very informative and told me everything I needed to know about the process with the insurances. They were even suggesting ways to save me money when they could up sale me for their services. Business like this I really appreciate their service and integrity. I’m a customer of theirs for life.
