This is definitely the place to go for bodywork. They were so thorough fixed everything. It was an easy process through my insurance company USAA.. There is an especially bright young man who works there, Javier. He explained everything to me step-by-step about my repairs, including details about the new alignment, etc. Not only is Javier, courteous and kind, but the woman who works at the front desk is just wonderful. I’ve gone to Caliber Collision a couple times now. I have to say they very informative and told me everything I needed to know about the process with the insurances. They were even suggesting ways to save me money when they could up sale me for their services. Business like this I really appreciate their service and integrity. I’m a customer of theirs for life.
Caliber was a pleasure to deal with, and their work was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to bring a car to them in the future.
From start to finish, this place was AMAZING!!! Javier, was the lead person on my repairs and was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, patient, cared and really wanted to make sure I understood everything and felt heard and satisfied with the Job. My car was done four days a head of time and returned to me in mint condition with white glove cleaning service. It was a like a brand new car. Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Highly recommend it! Fantastic car repair experience.
