Our van was damaged in a parking lot accident. The van is old and has a low market value. Caliber's first estimate was more than $2,600 for a complete repair. We knew our insurance would not pay that and they would total the van which, could still be driven without issues. Mostly dents, and a broken marker light. They repaired the damage to my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta done by a deer. The repair turned out as good as new and they returned my car back to me cleaner than it was when I turned it into them for repair. The general manager and staff were polite, courteous and professional, with several calls during the week to update me on the repair process.
I give a 3 star because our car was promised on a Friday and it was not ready... was not ready till the following Monday. But then they had to get approval from Geico for more damage and said they got it and in a couple days the parts would be in and they would call. TWO weeks went by and NO call....finally I called and was told they thought they called me. However the car was done nicely....new hood and other things and it was acceptable work.
Very please with the work completed on my Grand Cherokee the updates thru the process the professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend them
Everyone was super friendly and easy going and made sure I was informed on the status of my car at least every other day. Loved that it was insurance, body shop, and rental all in one to make having to go through the pain of fixing my car so much easier!
The person at the person at desk was nice but apparently they don't want business. No walk-in estimates. The soonest they could get me in was Thursday at 3:15. They only do appointments 830-330. However I was able to walk into their competitor next door, Berglund Body Works, and get estimate right away. I was also able to get walk-in estimates at other local body shops without any issues today.
