I'm so disappointed when I check my car just now after 3 months. I trusted you guys to put everything back in place. Anyhow, I went to caliber collision on Nov 14, 2019 to fix the hood and the siding of my car because my car was hit by a deer. In fairness, everything was fixed like the color. The only I don't want is the way they put back the car hood. There is a space on between and some screws are not tightened up. I'm hoping this is still covered and still fix this one.
They did a wonderful job. I got into an accident with my Focus and they took care of everything. They are professional and the vehicle looks spectacular! I recommend them to anyone who needs collision services!
I had to have work done on my car and they did a wonderful job. They got my car done in the time frame that they told me they would have it done actually they got it done a whole day early. Everyone is really polite and helpful. I really enjoyed getting a daily update text on my car each day. I highly recommend Caliber for your car needs

The wonderful folks here had my car looking brand new in just over a week. Dropped it off June 20th, picked it up June 29th. Estimated pick-up date wasn't until JULY 25th. Still amazed at how quick their turnaround was, especially considering there was about $4,200 worth of damage (parts and labor) to the passenger side. They also kept me updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this body shop!
