After having my car stolen and damaged, I was so fortunate to have the support of the Caliber team as they managed two claims to get the repairs taken care of. Lee was so thoughtful in how he made me feel comfortable when I first showed up and was frantic, and at the end when I paid. Alan then walked me through the assessment process. But, I cannot speak highly enough of DuMauriea who gave me regular updates about the status of my car, inconsistencies with insurance, and any shifts in costs.
