Incredible Service, polite techs. Their office staff is on top of their game. There were some minor tweaks to be made when my fender bender repair was finished. They did it, to satisfaction, with no push back and no charge.
They were incredibly helpful with fixing my Mazda. I got hit by someone else and they figured everything out with my insurance.
I recently used Caliber for repairs on my Kia Soul after I was rear-ended. Overall, Caliber provided good service; they had clear communication and documentation of everything, and stayed in contact particularly when the date for repairs was extended out. I was annoyed by that but it was more availability of the parts from Kia (and some difficulty actually figuring out what the right part was, which was more of a Kia problem than a Caliber problem).
