I am incredibly grateful for the experience at Caliber Collision. I had high expectations, and they truly exceeded them! The team is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Raul Munoz, who went above and beyond, leaving my car looking new! If this were school, he’d have a 4.0 GPA! I am so thankful for their outstanding service and will definitely stay with them for future needs.
Nobody likes having their car damaged in an accident but unfortunately, accidents happen. I chose Caliber Collision for a couple of reasons. It’s close to my workplace, and they have excellent reviews. After my experience, I can confidently say those great reviews are well-deserved. My estimator, Justine, was an absolute pleasure to work with. They worked fast enough on my car (8days). They notified me my car was ready to be picked up via phone call but they had to wait for the insurance, then I got a text via their automated system saying my car was ready. When I got there I couldn’t actually pick it up because of an insurance technicality and they refused to release my vehicle. They should either use their staff to inform the customers or their automated system, not both. Why did they even communicate with me if the car wasn’t ready? I’ve had to bring my truck to Caliber Collision a couple of times now, and they’ve always taken good care of me. My 2024 Tacoma got rear-ended. Luckily there was no frame damage, but the tailgate was completely replaced and they fixed the part of the cab that the bed got pushed into. They even got me the custom dealership rear bumper with the sensors working just like new. I had to come back later for the tailgate inserts and decals, and that was super easy.
