I haven't a bad thing to say about this outfit. They are very accommodating and take all the pain out of having your car in the shop. One time I had a valet scrape my car (right in front of me). I thought it was going to be worse than it was. A front office guy at Caliber came out with me to asses the car, he ran into the shop, came back with a towel and some sort of cleaning agent and buffed it out right then and there. I was so impressed an relieved!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
Great service when I was involved in a minor accident. They helped me get a rental car and their work on my vehicle was excellent.
