I have had two bad experiences with this body shop. If you want a shop that will take longer on the repair costing you rental fees and overcharge for their work. Then this is a shop you might be interested in. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
So early last week had my truck looked at because UPS decided to run it over while parked at my house. Had to call today Wednesday to ask Scott where my quote was. He tells me if I don’t get it in the next 2 hrs call back. It’s been 4hrs and guess what???? That would be no quote still. I don’t have to pay a dime and would not use this place if they just happen to be the last place on the planet.
Great service, Paula had someone take care of my vehicle right away, got it done while I wait.
