Great experience! They did a great job of communicating with me during each step of my repairs. The car was even ready earlier than anticipated. Everyone was very nice and helpful!
While quality of paint job was great, the communication was lacking at this location.On more than one occasion they couldn’t look up my car at the shop and kept saying my car wasn’t there asked me to call a different location. Eventually I had to call to probe and find out my car was ready. I’m not alone on this. Definitely an opportunity to improve upon.
Everyone at the shop was so helpful!
Isaiah was incredibly helpful and an absolute delight. As you can imagine, normally when you come here, you’re coming in stressed and angry but Isaiah made it a seamless experience and relieved all stress we had!
