I was initially in a small fender bender accident back in September which left my bumper misaligned. I dropped my car off at Caliber Collision at the behest of my insurance company, USAA. I received my car back and my bumper APPEARED to be fixed. Within a week the bumper was misaligned again and it looked exactly as it did after the initial accident. I remotely scheduled a door replacement for my son out there. The woman on the phone was SUPER helpful and helped me figure out an affordable option to get things fixed. They were very accommodating with us and in the end his Mazda looks like new! Super happy with the service and care we got here!
Staff were very courteous and professional
Vicky helped me clean up my scratch with a magic wipe and didn’t charge me anything. Super nice people! The shop is very organized—highly recommended!
