Worst ever, nightmare experience. Stay away. I never gave a bad review in my life on any subject. Don’t do business with this group. Not the piece of missing trim on my grill. It was returned to me like this.
Edgar at Caliber Collision did an excellent job from the initial estimate to the final review of the work done on the car. I am very happy with their work and will not go anyplace else in the future.
Very courteous, but wrong grill was put on car. Correct grill took another 2 weeks.
Caliber was terrific. I highly recommend them.
Billy McFaul the General Manager was great. Handled my insurance claim and provided detailed information on what would be done. Quoted me 2 weeks and finished a week early. Billy and his staff are all very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Very refreshing in this day and age. Would not hesitate to go back or recommend to anyone. Great job
