I had 2 of my cars done here and I was happy with everything. I received the car back all detaild and in showroom condition. Bug Juice on the tires and all.
These guys are simply awesome. My back bumper was hit by another car and I needed to have it fixed ASAP. The only day of the week when I could drop the car off was a Friday and I needed it back on Saturday. The folks at the MBO complied with my request and they also did a great job with the fixing/painting of the bumper. Not to mention that they actually had the most competitive rate I could find in the area. I strongly, strongly recommend them. They are great, no doubt about it.
My damaged car arrived at Fortune June 25. Many parts had to be ordered and I was told that it should be ready for pickup by July 22. On July 24, when my insurance stopped paying for the rental, I called to see if I could pick the car up. It was then that I was told that the dashboard was busted and that had to be replaced. July 30, I called to check on the car and learned that the part was on back order till mid August I asked for a loaner, which Fortune does not offer. Great service and friendly people
Returned car in less than satisfactory condition. Black grease marks on headliner, front seatbelt housing cover missing and damaged hood bug deflector not replaced.
I have not used caliber but if there anything like Burgess you will get a flawless repair and if your lucky enough to get one of the Burgess women to help you JACKPOT !!! Plus they know there stuff good luck
I recently was in a fender bender and caliber was recommended to me from a friend, bottom line paint work was beautiful!!!! The customer service was top notch and they painted my mirror for no extra charge.
