I spoke to Kelly and she made the process of dropping off my vehicle easy and quick. She explained everything to me and was kind, considerate and professional. Kelly has to be a Manager or Team Leader and if she isn't, she certainly should be. You're in good hands if you go to Kelly at Caliber Collision on Ablemarle Rd. in Charlotte.
Highly recommend this facility. They do fantastic work, on time, keep you informed, and up front you know exactly what you're going to get done; and that's what's done! Plus getting a car rental is easy...pick up and drop off right at the facility!!
