It was great working with this location. They did well with keeping me updated about the repairs to my car. Everyone in the office was so nice and accommodating. My car was done a week earlier than estimated as well which was nice!
Caliber Collision was the easiest part of the ordeal. I am grateful to Robert and team for the work, keeping me informed, and making it easy for me.
I thought it was them that had bad customer service. I spoke to the manager and found out it was my insurance company that caused the delay in them doing my repairs. My insurance company is the one with bad customer service. They had to wait on my insurance company to give permission to start working on my vehicle.
Caliber collision staff were kind and professional. I definitely felt as if they cared about my concerns and my vehicle
