Car was kept for nearly a month, it was estimated at 1-2weeks. And I was not informed of a tire fee until the day of pickup. The paint has a little dings. The person who helped me was nice, but I had to keep initiating contact and at one point they couldn’t figure out why my car wasn’t passing an inspection and couldn’t tell me when my car would be ready. I really tried to like this place and held off on a review, but I think others should know. The overall work looks good, but customer service is lacking.
Overall a very happy and satisfied customer
This was disappointing. Someone was driving my car around before the repair based on the mileage, even though I had signed their service contract stating I didn’t given permission for that to be done. Just not trustworthy
