I had a pole pierce my front bumper, passing right through the engine bay while miraculously missing everything except for a single piece of rear plastic. Nothing else was structurally damaged or moved. All the body shop had to do was replace the bumper and that rear plastic piece. I know modern cars use cheap plastic clips instead of screws, and that they easily break when removed. They are inexpensive to replace. Natalie and Eric could not have been more kind and helpful when I had an emergency repair. I can not speak highly enough about the service and professionalism of this Caliber Collision location.
Quickly stopped by to get a bolt removed that was too tight for the piece that held my air filter. When I explained I needed it taken off staff was helpful and came to help me. They got the bolt out but unfortunately rippped it completely out & broke the valve cover that the bolt was being held by. Took my car after to Oreillys to get a new bolt and was informed I couldn’t get a new bolt in there at all due to the holder being broken :(.
