On our road trip from Ohio to Florida, my Jeep broke down. We called Caliber Automotive & explained the situation. It was late Friday & they said they would look at it Monday. They were great with keeping us updated on what they found. They had it fixed by the time we were heading back from Florida to Ohio.
Called for a quote, been 3 days hasn't gotten back too me or returned my calls. Just terrible business management.
Kevin, the owner, was helpful and generous with his time answering questions about the problem with my engine.
