Robert called to say he was on his way to replace the back window of our Toyota Tundra. When arriving he discovered the wrong part was ordered so he scheduled us for a future time. It was not his fault the wrong window was ordered, however he apologized. A few days later, he called to set up the time to install. Fast and Easy, Caliber Auto Glass handled all transactions with insurance one call. Paid on phone deductible. Dropped off car 8 am picked up 4 pm. No paper work, just done!
Great experience with Caliber to fill in a rock chip using their mobile service. Technician was very communicative and friendly. Service vans were well equipped and even included ADAS recalibration equipment for cars that have lane departure camera equipment.
