Quick and efficient! Our truck got broken into and they were able to come out next day and fix it at our house for lower than the insurance deductible, so I didn't have to file a claim.
Just had my windshield replaced and it was a fantastic experience. I received a text directly from Steve the technician the morning of my appointment. He met me at the door. I was asked if I had a ride or would be waiting. I also was shown where the coffee/ bathroom was. Sinse I was not going to wait in the lobby I promptly got a text when it was finished. Great service!
Once again, caliber collision has come through for me. This time they fixed a chip in my windshield so fast and with minimal cost! The facility is clean, and the people are friendly!
I miss small town service with big city results. Caliber Auto Glass made me miss the old days where customers satisfaction comes first.
