Although the start to our service call didn’t go as planned, thanks to Madyson, the assistant manager for handling the original technician’s “issue,” and Sean, the new technician that stepped up last minute to help us out and get the job done, my windshield was replaced and looks incredible! I am so grateful to both of them for their help today!
Glet was my service tech. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me it would take about 1.5 hours to replace my windshield. He was spot on and finished right around the 1.5 hour mark. We only have the one vehicle so them being able to come to me instead of having to drop my car off at the shop saves me time and money. Will definitely use Caliber again.
