Don't trust them!! I've referred and trusted other caliber collisions but this place is crooked! They wrongfully determined my car was totaled and then tried to hide car parts when I wanted them back to take it to another shop. Don't believe any good hype about this place, they're anything but trustworthy

I chose Caliber because they’re a State Farm preferred shop with strong reviews, but my experience was extremely frustrating—especially after bringing in a brand-new SUV (only one month old) after I was rear-ended in February. I was quoted a May 1 completion date after dropping off on April 8. I received multiple updates saying repairs were “underway” and “on track,” but later found out the car hadn’t actually been worked on for nearly 3 weeks. From there, the timeline kept slipping: May 1 → May 15 → end of May → May 27 → ... read more

First Rate Repair Facility, Inclusive of World Class Signature Repairs, via the Finest, Most Professional Staff, All The Way!! Shout out to GM, Frank, with his most professional demeanor, and 30 years experience, along with Service Advisor, Fernando, and Customer Service Rep, Haleigh....Amazing Follow up and promptness from the moment I brought my car in for repairs due to a questionable driver, who had destroyed the entire left side of my car. Today, I went to pick up my vehicle, and it honestly looks as good as new and... read more

On 1/29/26 I took my car to Caliber Collision on Walbert Ave. in Allentown, PA to have the hood and right side of my 2020 Lexus RX 350 (which has less than 13,000 miles on it) painted because of vandalism done with a knife. Painting the car doors required taking the doors off and removing the car door handles and then putting the car door back on and the handles back in place. I picked my car up on 2/17/26 (the cost was $4025) and I had difficulty opening the front passenger door, but I was able to open the door after five ... read more

I cannot recommend Caliber Collision highly enough. Last year, CC made extensive repairs on my Honda Civic. They treated me as if I were the owner of a Jaguar. Today, I locked my car keys in the trunk of my car across the street from their repair shop. I walked in and, highly embarrassed, explained my predicament. Once again, I was given first-class service. They solved my problem efficiently and politely. I'll never use another repair service.

Today, Tuesday, May 19th, I stopped at Caliber Collision in Shakopee, MN. I had one of their staff Members, Scott look at some vehicle damaged on my Ford Explorer St. Scott was very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful with my issues. I have used this collision center on other occasions and found their workmanship to be top-notch. Yes, I would highly recommend this body shop for any damage that may occur to your vehicle as well..

This shop had my van for a month, ordering door after door from apparently disreputable parts suppliers. (If they were reputable, they would not send four doors in a row that were worse than my damaged door). My vehicle was promise to me at 5 pm after a month, and my husband had to wait an hour after the place was closed. Upon bringing the car home, one of the doors would not lock with the key; it has not been calibrated and inspected correctly. Their work is inept and the employees are lackadaisical. The excuse it that it's... read more

Do not go to Cliber collision! They broke my car and denied responsibility. Passe ger door repair left my liftgate and key fob broken. $800 out of pocket. Caliber Collision rếud to fix damage caused by their own work. Zero accountability.

I took my 2024 Rav4 in due to a freak hail storm. The entire process was near flawless, the insurance was paying for most of the damage and balked(a little) when Caliber discovered more than the insurance adjuster had seen for damage. Insurance Co "guessed" it would be closer to $3,300 but with all the damage found by Caliber it was changed to $11k. Thankfully Scott and everyone at Caliber, who were looking out for their customers more than appeasing the Insurance Co. After only a few days delayed by insurance Co (they h... read more
