I had a very disappointing experience. The night before my appointment, I received a text message with the requirements for my windshield replacement, stating that the vehicle could not have any suspension or tire modifications. My truck has a 3-inch lift and mud tires, so I immediately called to let them know about those modifications and asked whether that would be a problem.
