Caliber Auto Glass was absolutely wonderful. Each employee I met was 10/10 in their customer service. I felt taken care of and thrilled having my windshield looking brand new again!
After an awful experience at safelite, I chose caliber to replace my windshield. Before I could even finish entering my information online, they already were calling me. She insisted they would come to my job before I got off work. Now on my appointment date I get a message they will arrive between 5-8pm. I am off work at 3:30 which the person on the phone was well aware of. Then I get a message stating the windshield they ordered is damaged, and it won’t be getting replaced. Technician called to tell us he was on his way. On arrival he was informative about his job of sealing crack in windshield, friendly and great to work with in doing the repair in a timely manner.
