Do not go to Cliber collision! They broke my car and denied responsibility. Passe ger door repair left my liftgate and key fob broken. $800 out of pocket. Caliber Collision rếud to fix damage caused by their own work. Zero accountability.
I took my 2024 Rav4 in due to a freak hail storm. The entire process was near flawless, the insurance was paying for most of the damage and balked(a little) when Caliber discovered more than the insurance adjuster had seen for damage. Insurance Co "guessed" it would be closer to $3,300 but with all the damage found by Caliber it was changed to $11k. ZERO STAR RATING -- POOR QUALITY WORK BUT THEY MAKE UP FOR IT WITH CARELESSNESS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The dealer damaged our brand new $100K truck and took it to Caliber Collision in Silverthorne for repair. 1] The quality of the paint job was terrible. I had a small area on bumper of my Mercedes that got side swiped while my car was parked. I went by Caliber Collision in Hvle on Aug 21 to get an estimate on removing the black paint/scrape from my white car. A gentleman named Chad came out, looked at the bumper, felt it, and told me to wait a minute. He went inside the building and got a container of something. Caliber Auto Body on Ben Maddox in Visalia, Ca is a great shop to use. The estimator was very helpful and the repairs were done in a timely manner. The whole process was handled without any hassle. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable shop.
Excellent and expeditious service on repairing the passenger door of my vehicle which had become difficult to open due to a minor accident. Total time from fault diagnosis to repair was less than half an hour. Service Caliber Advisor Lee Coffer was extremely helpful and courteous.
We just had the worst experience we have ever had with a Bodyshop. Never have we dealt with a General Manager that was so disrespectful and shouting at me. There was a $400 difference between what the insurance company approved and what they estimated. Mike, the gentleman that gave us the estimate was aware of what the insurance company approved and assured us they would work with the insurance company regarding the difference and would not hold our car. I picked up my car today from Caliber and on initial inspection I would give them a five star rating. The only thing that really bothers me is that someone jacked around with all the cars settings. I didn't think to check the milage when I dropped the car off for repairs so I hope they didn't take my car out for a joy ride. I guess it's just immaturity on who ever changed all my personal settings.
