The repair technician, Matt was professional and courteous. He made sure to do the job right and educated me on things to look for should I need another fix in the future. The whole experience was pretty painless thanks to him. I won't mind going through Caliber for any other windshield replacements or repairs.
An awesome experience start to finish. The field tech, Adrian, was amazing. Communicative, prompt, and efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the result.
Real Pros...Tech was kind, considerate, answered any questions and was clear on what not to do for a couple of hours...no car wash...leave tape on for at least and hour...etc.
