Windshield was in a state of being unsafe during certain times of the day due to sand pitting. Technician damaged my vehicle and did more damage to the windshield before they started removing the original windshield. The technician told me a used replacement part would be ordered. No updates from the company on status of situation for a month. After calling multiple times, I was finally told the replacement part would arrive at the end of the following month. It didn't.
