I received a small chip in my windshield, and my insurance company referred me to Caliber to schedule an appointment. Right off the bat, the representative is trying to upcharge me a full new windshield when I just needed a small chip filled in. Then he suggested that I bring my car in for the repair instead of them driving to me, because he said it would be quicker and easier for them to fix it, and it would only take 15-30 minutes.
