Rick was prompt, courteous and efficient
What a terrible business, wanted to try a new glass shop, not a fan of Safelite which my insurance prefers. This place uses countless phone reps that ask the same questions every time you call about the vehicle and then gave me an appointment for 9/14, checked to get an eta and it was never scheduled. Try somewhere else!
My technician was timely for a mobile repair and explained the process clearly to me! He completed it quickly and my windshield looks great now with no issues!
