I only give one star because Dennis my technician was great. My whole experience from start to finish otherwise was a nightmare. Absolutely zero communication I had to call in every other day for updates only to get incorrect information over and over. What is the point of a service advisor if they do absolutely nothing? Took 3 weeks and two days of missed work to finally have someone come out and fix my window. Watch out for their drivers. Dangerous and reckless.
Do not use! I'm not one to write reviews but had terrible experience with Caliber Auto Glass. Had them change my windshield and within a month it was cracked again. I found that they replaced my dealer windshield glass with a cheaper windshield. After them failing to keep appointments for 2 days, they finally came out and told me it was a new impact and would not fix it.
We took our 2017 Camero to Caliber Collision for estimate and work to repair the rear side of the vehicle. The out come was amazing. Everything looked as if the car was never damaged. We want to thank Tullio (estimator ), the front desk staff, the collision staff for the professional, friendly and timely resolution. I just had the most phenomenal customer service experience with Tullio Ravazini, Service Advisor at Caliber Collision. I have a Tesla, Model Y, that had been sideswiped in a parking lot with the front fender falling off & brown paint streaks on my white car. I made an appointment with Tullio. I was early & he took me immediately, assessed the damage & took care of the damaged vehicle in 21 minutes! I am a very happy customer & would recommend this facility to everyone! Thank you, Ginny
