Setting up the appointment was easy and the repair work done has effectively made the windshield crack go away. I've uploaded a photo of the crack immediately after I got it and now it's basically gone! Unfortunately, after driving my car for the first time after the repair work I noticed the plastic on the inner A-frame was scuffed. I hadn't noticed since the repair was done in my garage and I didn't drive my car the following day. I'm guessing either a tool or watch rubbed against it.
