I called to set up an appointment to repair a chip in my windshield and was told they would be here between noon and 4. Four pm rolls around and not a word from them. I called and was told the tech wasn't responding to messages, and they would contact the techs superiors to get him out here. About 15 minutes later, the tech called to tell me he was 30 minutes out.
