What a JOKE of a company! My Agent referred me to them, so I thought it would be ok. Got a text the day of the Appointment saying that the Technician would be there between 8:30-11:30am. He called me at 9:17am to say that he would be coming between 12-2pm because he was "behind" and had to be in Skokie first. Cesar R communicated and worked very well. Did the job quick and efficient. They did ask to pay in advance and I was a bit worried but it all worked out! Highly recommend.
(1) Customer support is extremely sub par. Caliber already knows how their resourcesare . Agents(Jessica) are rude, disconnect/drop call, and show attitude kinda take it or leave it attitude. (2) Organizing a job and executing it by Caliber is a disaster. I have told at least 20-30 times that my ride's headlights not working so I want the car by 4 pm. Since we can't drive without lightin the dark since in Chicago we losedaylight after 4pm. Yesterday when I talked to the Caliber technician name "Hesus" , showed me that Honda... read more
I cannot begin to express how great Caliber was. They gave me a fairly accurate quote, communicated with me throughout, were professional, and fast. I didn't even have to leave my house before I knew it was done. If you're on the fence, give them a shot. They're great.
