Caliber could not be bothered to answer my call concerning auto glass repair that a claim was filed for 2 weeks ago. The bot that answered bullies you into hanging up by looping “if you would like to save your place in line…” I will be contacting my insurance and requesting a different business that is willing to g to communicate with me.
The rear window of my car was chattered. I called 3 auto glass company and the only first to respond was Caliber Auto Glass. The customer service was fantastic. They always updated me of my work order by text and phone. I want to give KUDOS to the technician William C. He arrivwd on time and with a smile. He replaced my car window in less than no time.
