Great service and follow up.. my car rear driver glass broke, apparently was a theft attempt that failed.. my insurance referred me to Caliber Auto Glass, they were quick and timely! Mark B was the technician who came home to replace the glass for my car, (they have mobile service) he was very professional . Thanks Mark
I’ve used Caliber on two vehicles and had issues both times. They dented my truck which they repaired. Wasted a few hours of my time. My wife took her car in for service and a fastener was left off from the cowl they removed. Decided to look more carefully and a fastener to the air cleaner housing is also missing. Called and texted to address the latest issue……no response so called again. If they can’t put the vehicle back together with the parts it had on it when it arrived, what else are they missing?
Mark, the installer, was a very nice guy - on time, efficient, and very pleasant. He replaced all my inside stickers and left the area spotless. Thank you, Mark.
