They gave me a $270 estimate for my window replacement but charged $400.07 upfront. The technician came with the wrong part on my initial appointment, so it was canceled. Refund was never initiated so I had to dispute the charge with my card company. Worst part is they postponed my appointment two more times due to their poor communication and delays, shipping parts to the wrong location. Edit: revising my review. They came out again to fix the problem. Appreciate their thoroughness and follow through! Windshield was not installed correctly -- windshield coming off its rubber seal and whistling. In their defense, they brought out technicians quickly (and for free) to try to diagnose the problem after I called. I appreciated their thorough inspection. I can’t speak for their service, but you can’t get an appointment with these folks inside two weeks. My windshield was totally smashed to the point the vehicle was not drivable. Called to get my window replaced, associate said they had the windshield in stock but couldn’t get me an appointment for two weeks.
