Windshield replacements do not go well here. I had a bad service experience with a windshield replacement on my Tesla Model Y. I made an appointment a week ahead of time. They had all the details about my vehicle including the VIN number. They had plenty of time to order and verify they had the correct part in, however they failed to verify the part was correct prior to my arrival.
