Stay away!! They no call no showed to our appointment. Finally got it rescheduled and they did it again!! 4 days later and still no call. Had to sit on hold for 20 minutes just to request my money back.
I used caliber auto glass for a State Farm insurance claim to replace my rear window of my vehicle. After they replaced the rear window, they left hundreds of glass shards within my car that they half assed cleaned out. I had to call them multiple times to get anybody to return my call and acknowledge the fact that they didn’t do the window properly the first time. After booking an appointment with this company and paying them in advance they failed to show, and failed to communicate a request to reschedule. I called them to ask if someone was going to show up for this appointment, and I was only told then they needed to reschedule. I was told the next day or the following was available. Upon getting home and calling back to reschedule for the next day, I was told not available and it had to be pushed out to two days later, leaving me without the use of the vehicle until then.
