Got initial text telling me to be here between 8 & 9... here at 8:15 and had to wait until almost 9:30 for tech to show up to even take car back. Then, due to insurance claims department and having to start with non- dealership windshield glass we needed to come back 1-1/2 weeks later when they had dealership glass. Here now at 8:00 (scheduled appt) and the tech doesn't even have the glass here..... So we have to wait for him to drive to Wilson and back before can even start to replace which is a 3 hour process!
