Excellent experience with Caliber. Insurance covered my windshield replacement. They were booked out a few weeks, but worth the wait. KAI gave me a courtesy call an hour ahead. I'd booked an on-location swap out so I could stay at work. Caliber came to me. Kai discretely grabbed the keys and did a great job. My co-workers and many of the patients were watching through the wall of glass at my job. Service was provided on the corner of Holden/Gate City Blvd's busy intersection. I did not receive service personally from this company but they were in my neighborhood for someone else and it had been pouring down rain and I left my windows down on two sides. A technician took this time out to pull in to let me know my windows were down. There are many people that drove past my car today and never stopped even in my own neighborhood. That shows a lot to me professionally and personally. If I ever need Auto Glass Service in the future they will be the first people I call!
I have to say that Gwen the lady I spoke with over the phone was the most nicest caring person I talked too. She was the sole reason I didn’t shop around for other quotes or look anywhere else. I wanted to shop around for a closer date to fix my wife’s windshield and to get a better price but I decided to stay with Calibers because of Gwen’s excellent customer service. Every interaction I had has been nothing but kind and pleasant. From speaking with the technician to the representative that helped me schedule my appointment. They were all patience as I asked my many questions.
