Long hold, call goes to somewhere in the planet, not to the store. Hard to setup appointment, hard to work on appointment scheduling , since they can't communicate anyone in store. Customer support is rogue . Very difficult to work with. Good luck

Caliber Glass in Park Forest, IL is a terrible company. Had a crack in my windshield, notified State Farm and they provided me with this vendor. They set up the appointment for today (10/21/24) and to be there between 8:30-9am. While on the way, they called and asked me to bring the car between 12:30-1p. When on the way again, they called again and said it’s best to bring it at 2:30p. The vehicle was dropped off at 2:30p and I had to get a ride while they worked on it.
