I had a mixed experience with Caliber Auto Glass do to their disorganization. I originally made an appointment over the phone and when I called back the next day for drop off instructions, I learned they had lost my appointment. This meant my appointment was pushed by 3 days, so 3 additional days paying for a rental car. I spoke with the manager Mike who I found very professional and understanding. I'm very happy with the folks at Caliber Collision in St Louis Park! I was kept informed of repairs, estimated times, and any incidental issues. Paul was very helpful! Got my car back, looking great and super cleaned up. THANKS!

I got in right away for an estimate. They were thorough and honest about what could/should be done or not done. They were able to schedule tthe repair right away an Jackie kept me updated on the progress almost daily via text. They helped to coordinate a rental car, which went smoothly, and the repairs were completed several days ahead of schedule. All good things about this company and the SLP location.

Dented my door and damaged the window seal after a window repair. Very long wait time for customer service. Never coming back here.
