Excellent service from SunAuto. No surprises on my auto’s needs, my cadi went in feeling like a clunker and drove out like it was when I first left the car dealership. Whoever tightened the drain plug for the car after an oil change didn’t do good enough job and I ended up having an oil leak that I fixed at someone else. Y’all need to be more careful with these.

My van was leaking coolant, I scheduled through CarMax website, the process was easy. The next day spoke with the Manager Ryan he answered all my questions and in person was very helpful making sure my warranty was good and wouldncover the service. He called and kept me informed throughout the day. They provided a Uber for me to get to work and get back after work to pick up my van. It was fixed the same day, lucky they had the parts.
