I believe his name was James. But very helpful. Was keeping people in the lobby updated whenever he could. On top of things even though it seemed busy when I got there. Got my car AC taken care of even though I didnt have an appointment. Which I did wait a bit so probably best to make an appointment if possible (I just happened to finish work early so stopped by on way home)
This shop is awful. The manager Antonio is awful. I have an extended warranty through Carmax and my transmission was going out. Grace from Carmax said I could use one of their shops that they use or whatever. She said if I had any issues to let her know. I chose Huebner location and the managers name is Richard. Very nice man, friendly , accommodating and showed customer satisfaction was his priority. My transmission was replaced and on the day I was to pick up there was a snafu and Richard had to take my car to the Nissan d... read more
Antonio was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also his guys were very good and fast..
The team upfront was easy to work with and quick to complete my oil change and tire alignment. Great location - nearby restaurants to eat at during my short wait time.
