Was a little leary since they've gone thru so many owners recently, used to feel very comfortable with the mechanics and staff. Now, front desk personnel was kinda blah, but it is what it is. Mine was a simple emissions inspection for 2 of my vehicles. But I will say, A. Jimenez is a standout employee, personable, great attitude, helpful and was very honest. Hard to find those qualities in a mechanic nowadays. Probably will be back.
I cannot say enough great things about Sun Auto Tire & Service! Zachary, Sam, Jose and the entire team provide service "above and beyond"!! Regardless of your vehicle needs (tires, repairs, state inspections, oil change, etc.), their service is unmatched.
It was the day before the Houston Art Car parade and my entry sprang a radiator leak! Trevor at Sun Auto went above and beyond to get our art car back on the road and into the parade. Forever grateful for the outstanding service! We'll definitely be back for any auto needs we have! Love you guys!
April 2025 - Vehicle door sensor was an issue, stating door was ajar and dash board lit up in red. Thank you Zach for researching the part(s) on my aging vehicle and reparations made at a reasonable price. Mechanic Juan explained the door interior parts to me.
