I had a great experience with this shop. I had the break replaced on my 3500 truck and while the job kept throwing curve balls at them, they got it done and did a great job. The job took longer than expected so they got me an Uber home while and had an uber pick me up when it was ready. One reason for 4 stars was I felt i had to call in for updates. I would have liked more proactive communication from them.
This is my go to car care place! I never feel like Caliber Auto Care is trying to add on extra expenses. Caliber has been willing to work with me to take care of the actual problem on many different visits. The staff is knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The facility is always nice, clean, cozy and accommodating for kids with a little play area.

Good service and detailed in their instructions and diagnostics. Friendly front desk staff. Explained every detail of my repair.
